In the unlikely event that you find this is not the case with your House Of Whites products please see below.

To qualify for our money back guarantee simply follow the instructions below:

1. Take a photo of your teeth before using our teeth whitening products

2. Take a photo of your teeth after each completed treatment, along with a photo of the used product

3. Email our customer service team (sales@houseofwhites.co.uk) with all of the above

Your application will be processed within 3 days of submission

Please remember to submit your application within 30 days of receiving the product/s and that the photos have valid date and time stamps.

Anytime after 30 days of your purchase date you will NOT be eligible for a Refund.


REFUND/ RETURNS POLICY

At House Of Whites we are happy for you to return your items but it must be within our returns policy below.

To be eligible to return your item/s they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email (sales@houseofwhite.co.uk) and we will send you all information required to send the products back to us. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will NOT be accepted for a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will NOT be accepted for a refund.

Please note: You the customer will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item/s, recorded delivery is the preferred method. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
